Excellent | Yes | The apartment, response of Andrew, information provided and just the facilities of our whole trip including transfers, lift passes and places to eat in niseko was fantastic. I really enjoyed the apartment and the whole experience as Andrew made us feel at home with everything that was provided for us., out of all the places in Japan which we visited, niseko was the best just due to the apartment (Travel dates Mar 23, 2013 to Mar 29, 2013) | Barlynda (Australia) | 5
Excellent | Yes | Good value for money. The location was very convenient with only a short walk (albeit up hill) to Seicomart convenience store, the Ace lift and bus stop. Ensuite was very small and the water leaked outside the shower door (though at least the tiles had be layed for appropriate drainage). The rest of the apartment was a good size and comfortably furnished. Some days the shared ski storage area would smell like toilet - though there may have been some problem on the mountain as I noticed this smell near the Ace lifts some days as well. Very Good | Yes | Excellent accommodation. Comfortable, great living area, great kitchen, nice bathrooms. Temperature was very comfortable and heaters barely had to be used. Beds were a little hard, and the downstairs area could get a pretty bad smell to it (not sure what the cause was), though in our apartment on top floor it wasn't noticeable. Excellent | Yes | The unit is beautifully furnished, very homely, and plenty of space! The drying room actually does it's job (it's surprising how many drying rooms in other hotels and unit blocks don't actually dry your snow gear...)! Perfectly located in the centre of town - only a few minutes from Seicomart (very important!) and from the snow fields (also very important!). Would definitely book again!
