Excellent | Yes | The Gondola Chalets was wonderful! Dave who manages the day to day running of the chalets is a real nice feller and very very helpful. One of us broke our ankle on the trip and so was stuck in the apartment and clearly unable to hit the slopes. He put together a box of DVDs for her so that she wouldnt get too bored and even offered to drive us to some cafes in the evening when we wanted to book a taxi just so we could bring her out for dinners ( the cafes are actually all within walking distance if not for the broken ankle).
The GC is just a few steps away from the main gondola and very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very convenient. We will definietly be heading back to the gondola chalets, next year! (Travel dates Mar 11, 2013 to Mar 16, 2013) | jo (Singapore) | 4

Very Good | No | A great apartment for a large group of friends and really close to the gondola. Dissappointly we had booked an apartment overlooking the slopes and found upon arrival that they had given our chalet away to someone else. The company handled this matter badly and were unable to accommodate our requirements or compensate us in anyway, despite my friends having booked with them many times before.
